Extending…… in a simple way with timber framed glass gable and a combination of timber cladding and standing seam roof. Key part of the brief was to take in the astounding views, almost panoramic and to deal with a solid gable brick wall…? Take it out! Replace it with a view and plenty of natural light. Access also via the new extension, to two sides is a way to blur the lines between internal and external. Just submitted for planning….and with a hefty tree report to accompany it, we are feeling positive..
