Just submitted – a new planning application for the conversion of a barn in Tamworth. Half of the barn is occupied as a dwelling, the remaining half current used for storage. But conversion of the ‘outbuilding’ provides additional space to the dwelling including gym and office space. The existing trusses will be retained and the vaulted ceiling will retain the height and light that the barn has to its advantage.
