Nearly complete conversion of the Old Blacksmiths shop, which included a green oak framed sun room and a new gable. The intention of the gable was to create more space internally but also to balance what was an irregular frontage. The old bay is removed with a new brick gable, retaining the dentil course detail and with views to the side of the property. The planning approval also includes for extension of the domestic curtilage (land for garden use, previously agricultural).
