New build dwelling at Wall. After some time this new build is finally submitted for planning we’re delighted to say. This will not be without issues since the property is located in greenbelt in an area which is not part of the settlement boundary. However it replaces existing outbuildings which are long ago redundant. It would be a great addition to the site with far reaching views and with limited effect upon the views of the existing dwellings. Let’s hope we have an equally sympathetic planner viewpoint…
