Two new builds in the heart of Ashbourne, just about to be submitted for planning, more to follow. But with no amenity space available on the site, we developed the roof to form a private garden. It will include rooflights, sedum roof, air source heat pump and all manner of planting, including bug hotel and pocket meadow.
