Home Farm Alrewas is at completion stage, with marketing underway. We began this project in 2019 with stage 1 and took the scheme up to stage 3 planning and listed building consent, and included discharge of conditions. The project had many challenges for the developer @sidley_piper_homes_ltd but the challenges were met. Each dwelling is entirely individual with original features retained throughout… the nature and beauty of a listed building…and one that deserved preserving.
