Garage link to dwelling. The garage is existing but with external stairs up to the first floor gym. The simplest solution and we think the most effective is to extend the double garage to a triple to allow for an entrance through to the newly formed link, with glazing and a single Dorset. The extension will enclose the stairs forming a double height space. This provides additional ground floor space but also covered access from the dwelling to the garage. Planning is well underway and we’re hoping for a positive conclusion shortly
