We’re delighted that 4 St Mary’s Grove gained approval last week. It involves new build ICF (Insulated concrete formwork) construction with a sedum roof and bi fold doors to the perimeter. Solar powered, air source heat pumps among many of the technologies to be included. Looking forward to seeing this project progress…

Eco homes and project management. It is a brave client who hands on manages the build of an eco home. But learning is fast. Resources are plentiful and we are on hand to provide support as and when needed. This client had a particular brief to provide a Part M compliant home, so access was level throughout.
