Dartmouth detail…a labour of love this one! But aside from Storm Ciaran, the works progressed and the small snags (anyone who has ever carried out building work) will know take time to deal with. Generally to do with site attendance (can’t be helped- trades are moving on to other projects) but completion is measured by all snags being finished..and of course Building control certificate. Joinery, structural cantilevered glazing, parquet flooring and glazed tiles were carried out with care and consideration. This ensures a compact rather than lengthy snag list.
