We’re developing an existing property in Dartmouth that was built in an old layby…the new side extension is to include for an additional bedroom and ground floor storage space. Upside down living works when you have a great view -and the view here is of the estuary, busy in the day and bright lights at night. We are looking to remove LPG and replace with air source heat pump, install new LED lighting, increase photovoltaic cells, new oriel glass windows to further reduce heat demand with high thermal efficiency.
