A beautiful barn – once an abattoir to the rear of a functioning butchers in a street in the West Midlands is the scene of one of our latest projects. It gained approval for demolition and replacement with a bungalow. The client decided against this and the result is a new domestic dwelling. Set within a thriving community, it retains the beauty of the brick and joinery to form an open plan living space. New bedrooms to first floor. Plenty of landscaping and a brick terrace for outdoor dining. A conversion with a past and one with a definite future.
