Bonehill Mill, Fazeley Tamworth; 12 months of sheer hard work…but finally submitted for planning. Grade II listed and subject to an arson attack some years ago, works are underway for its transformation. It includes conversion of the mill into 14 apartments and conversion of workers cottages into 6 new dwellings. To the site we have also designed 12 light industrial units (schemes to follow in the projects blog). Challenges were high but we think the results of the design and hard work were worth the outcome…
