Working for Fairfield Property in developing 2 new builds over 3 stories, with a highly green, private roof terrace.. including living walls, sedum roofing and bug hotel and bat/bird boxes. Now in for planning. One of those schemes which is more traditional in form, not least because we are slotting into a developed neighbourhood which has acres of history.
