Dairy farm redevelopment now in for planning. Making use of a functional dairy farm which now has redundant buildings, including my personal favourite – the Dutch barn. Brick outbuildings have been converted into dwellings with a sunlit courtyard and contemporary conversion of the metal barn into 2 dwellings. The site is currently a mass of buildings and lean-to type extensions but stripping away the extras will make way for a covetable residential site.
