A bungalow conversion set within greenbelt land. We gained approval for the scheme in November 16, and the works are now complete. The owners carried out much of the work themselves and the progress made is impressive. First floor (original roof void) – following new roof installation – has a viewing lounge with glass gables to either end of the space. The trusses are impressive with double junctions in cruciform layout on plan. Amazing progress.
